  6. For delivery, please place your order before midnight on Wednesday and your order will be delivered the following Saturday.

  7. Communicate with us via our contact form (located on the bottom of the home page) about your preferred pick-up/ deposit return location (unless otherwise specified, our default spot is your front door).

  8. Wait for your Saturday delivery (unless you have a covered porch or awning, it will come in a re-purposed box with a big plastic bag inside— we’ll use the plastic bag in case of inclement weather).

  9. Hold on to the box your items are delivered in (and the oversized plastic bag) and use it to collect your empty containers. If it looks like it’ll rain the day of your order, use that bag to wrap around your box, so we can keep re-using it.

  10. Use your products within 2-3 months of purchase; they are made with very gentle preservatives and don’t have the same shelf life as most store bought products.

  11. Place your next order.

  12. Leave your used containers in the box and you’ll receive a $3 refund for every container returned. Don’t worry about cleaning them— that’s our job!

  13. Look for your partial refund— it should show up in your account within 2-3 business days.
